If they want "doesn't shrink" and 100% cotton, that's not going to happen no matter what's said about being "pre-shrunk". 50/50, shrinkage is more minimal, but not everyone likes the feel of it ...

Look for the words "fashion cut" in the product description - that usually means higher armholes. Alstyle and American Apparel have the highest armholes in a unisex T that I've seen.
