I tried to unistall drivers, install again, to use different USB port, but issue remains. When I connect the USB connector, I can hear a sound (connected) but at the moment another sound like when you disconnect the device.

The solution was to uncheck the "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" box under the "Power Management" tab of the "Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)" device under Device Manager>Bluetooth.
