AMAZING experience, if you have an opportunity to go to the lower canyon tour definitely do it, we did the 9am tour and it was great, not so many people it was so cold in this time so beware. Full review by Monica R

I'm sorry. We were in the upper canyon. I am not sure about the lower canyon. My wife is claustrophobic but the upper canyon didn't bother her. You may want to tour it instead.

I agree with Matthew. The stairs are used not only safety but also leading you to parking lot.

Yes, a rest area to use bathrooms and purchase snacks/ drinks is nearby.
