Lost count how many times we have been with Emerald Star. Always find the staff at the bases very friendly. Good choice of boats for all numbers. Well maintained boats. Would highly recommend.Full review by lynn2207

UPDATE: Jeniffer Shepherd Head of Customer Services Manager emailed us on July 31st 2019 (Our trip was May 15th). It was a long email but to summarise Le Boat are perfect, did nothing wrong, we are wrong about every single thing we point out even the CORDS TO CHOKE CHILDREN! Le Boat takes no responsibility for anything. She even started her email with "Following your recent review on Trip Advisor" So it's clear, she only emailed because of our review and it's clear to us it's worryingly true for them. Oh well if you treat people nice in the first place, believe them when they complain nicely and don't walk all over them this doesn't happen, Jennifer!
