What provision is made for wheelchair access? As the young man is only six years old, how acessible will exhibits be for him to see? Are there disabled toilets?

sorry don't know about the toilets but there are steps into the museum once again not sure about the stairs to next floor I believe it's best to phone them sorry to be so unhelpful.
