Shore based wildlife refuge that includes island that can only be reached by boat. Small parking area with a tiny visitor's shack. Nearby lighthouse.Full review by Arthur G

You can walk as much or as little as you like here. There are benches and stopping spots along the trail to the beach. The trail is not long (3/10ths of a mile to steps down to the beach). The steps are graduated and have a nice railing. This is a short but lovely and scenic walk. Good for slow walkers and lots of resting spots.
