Pine Valley is a town in Clark County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,121 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Sidney is located in the town. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 33.5 square miles, of which, 33.3 square miles of it is land and 0.2 square miles of it is water.
