Whether it's foggy on July 30th at 8 AM really depends on the local weather conditions closer to the date. Fog is more common in the morning, but it's hard to predict months in …

Whether it's foggy on July 30th at 8 AM really depends on the local weather conditions closer to the date. Fog is more common in the morning, but it's hard to predict months in advance! Booking for noon or 4 PM might reduce the chance of fog. Hope that helps

You do enter Canada briefly on the White Pass train but as you don’t get off you don’t need a passport to board the train!
