This is a great venue, EXCEPT they allow smoking. You can’t get away from it, including cigars…. No restrictions. For us that ruins the experience of seeing Asleep at the Wheel. Full review by Cathy T

Can I park a self-contained RV in a knucklehead parking lot overnight

I would say no, but the longer answer is you wouldn't want to. The neighborhood is sketchy where this is located (adjacent to the railroad tracks and such). It was actually a concern before we went there. We watched a couple of pick pockets work the crowd with their dog when we were there as my wife felt her purse get nudged when she was petting their dog. The parking lot was scary and all the cars were gone not too long after we were waiting for Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters to come out and get on the bus. We parked down a residential street and didn't feel comfortable walking to our car.
