No they do not rent kayaks but usually once a month they have guided kayak tours. The Nature Center website calendar shows the date. Usually the first Sunday of the month.

This part of Lake Worth really doesn't have many places where dogs could get into the water except for the canoe and kayak launching areas. Yes, there is a lot of nasty looking algae and I wouldn't let my dog in it, plus we have seen alligators not far from those spots. They were avoiding people. In the main water part of the lake there are plenty of places that are available but outside of the Refuge.

No. There is no camping of any kind and the park closes at 5:30 every day. They lock the gates.
