The Government of India has cancelled all programs scheduled for tomorrow and has declared a national mourning of 7 days. Dr Manmohan Singh’s last rites will be conducted with full state honours.

The Congress rally, scheduled for Friday, has been cancelled and senior party leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge are returning back to Delhi.
