Chet Holmgren agreed to a fully guaranteed five-year maximum rookie extension worth up to $250 million. It comes shortly after Oklahoma City signed Shai Gilegous-Alexander to a four-year, $285 million extension.

The Holmgren hometown tour continued in St. Paul on Thursday, days after Holmgren, who won the NBA championship with the Oklahoma City Thunder in June, hosted a youth camp at Minnehaha Academy, the high school where he won four state championships.
