East Lansing police are investigating human remains found inside a home's freezer last week, officials said. Officers were called Thursday to a home in the 1500 block of Wintercrest Street off of Coolidge Road between Interstate 69 and West Lake Lansing Road for a report of a suspicious situation, the department said in a statement.
