Police responded to an unrelated shooting Sunday morning outside a home in east Fort Worth after a 911 caller reported that a man had been shot in the face. Officers responded to the shooting in the 8800 block of Pedernales Trail around 1:30 a.m., police said.

FORT WORTH, Texas — One person was killed in a fatal shooting in North Fort Worth Sunday, officials said. Officers responded to a shooting call around 2:39 a.m. on July 6 in the 3100 block of North Main Street, Fort Worth police said in a press release.

The shooting stemmed from an argument between two men on the train who were waiting to go to the restroom, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
