There’s an interesting new rumor about Rockstar’s plans for Grand Theft Auto 6, and Grand Theft Auto Online.

Grand Theft Auto games are full of references and throwbacks, and GTA 6 could include one piece of series history as an easter egg.

A Grand Theft Auto superfan is recreating the GTA 6 map in GTA 5 based on the snippets of information released by Rockstar so far. YouTuber Dark Space is chronicling the work on their channel and on X/Twitter, showing how Vice Beach and the Venetian Islands are inside GTA 5 as fully detailed maps.

GTA 6 is set in Vice City, which is that world's version of Miami. If we assume the US in-game is geographically similar to the real-life one, then that would mean Trevor is very far from his home in Los Santos. But if there's anywhere I'd expect Trevor to end up after GTA 5, it's Florida. Maybe it'll contain some of San Andreas' backwater bliss.
