A federal judge is weighing whether to keep Kilmar Abrego-Garcia behind bars as he faces human smuggling charges in Tennessee. No ruling has been made yet as the defense highlighted discrepancies in the government's case against Kilmar Abrego-Garcia.

"Kilmar, thanks to his family fighting forward, has become a symbol of strength, perseverance, and fight," Lydia Walther-Rodriguez told the crowd.

Immigration officials have said they would immediately detain him and begin deportation proceedings.

"We've had (the ability to win) this whole year, and you're really starting to see it now," Crew defender Sean Zawadzki said.
