Sony is releasing sleek midnight black versions of its PlayStation Portal, DualSense Edge Controller, and more PS5 accessories.

Most importantly, the Midnight Black PS Portal would look the part next to my beloved PS Vita. Although Sony has let its last major handheld collect dust, it’s still one of my favorite devices to pick up and play and sports a sleek black colorway of its own.

Pre-orders are now starting to open at various retailers for additions to PlayStation's Midnight Black range. Black versions of the Portal, DualSense Edge, Pulse Earbuds, and Pulse Headset will all be available today.

During CES, PlayStation calmly announced a collection of all black (midnight) PlayStation 5 accessories and they are available for pre-order.

A new array of PS5 accessories will be released in February, which should please longtime fans of the PS2's color scheme.

This includes the PlayStation Portal, DualSense Edge as well as the Pulse Explore earbuds which come with a midnight black charging case and a special felt grey carrying case, the Pulse Elite headset which will come with a custom charging hanger and the DualSense Edge which comes with a midnight black case as well.
