Mike Keith is returning to the University of Tennessee as the Voice of the Vols, Tennessee vice chancellor and director of athletics Danny White announced on Thursday. Keith replaces Bob Kesling who announced he will retire in April.

Mike Keith, who has been the radio voice of the Tennessee Titans for nearly three decades, will return to his alma mater to call Tennessee Volunteers football and basketball, sources briefed on the decision said.

Mike Keith has been the play-by-play announcer for the Tennessee Titans since 1999. He is returning to UT as the "Voice of the Vols."
