Body image to me is how we think we appear to others. It is the small voice in our heads that is, more often than not, critical and comparative, telling us we aren’t good enough.

A study saw 14 teenagers aged 16 to 18 take part in life drawing sessions over three weeks and at the end of this questionnaires suggested their body image improved.
