Olivia Munn has for more than a year been speaking out about the importance of a breast cancer risk assessment test that helped lead to her diagnosis in 2023, and she has now shared that that very same test also led to her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis.

Olivia Munn shared on Wednesday that her mother was diagnosed with and underwent treatment for breast cancer, revealing the news more than a year after the actor announced her own diagnosis.

"There's something about watching a loved one go through it that is even more heartbreaking," the mother of two writes.
