THE PARISH. Broadclyst Parish is located around 3km (1.5miles) to the north east of Exeter City Centre. The western boundary lies next Pinhoe while the south-eastern boundary abuts to Cranbrook.

Broadclyst, near Exeter, has paired up with the parish of Plobannalec-Lesconil in Brittany. The village's twinning association and the parish council held the ceremony in Broadclyst's Victory Hall.
