Cajun Field will have a different feel for UL football fans during the 2024 football season. Here's how renovations will impact the gameday and tailgating experience in Lafayette.

A 60 day demolition has begun for Cajun Field stadium, which will now be known as Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium. The renovations will begin by tearing down both the upper and lower decks of the field.
“We’re committed to the best game-day experience at Cajun Field. We want to further enhance the appeal of our games by hearing from fans and friends,” said Director of Athletics Bryan Maggard.
The $65 million dollar renovations are still underway and construction is still in Phase One; we last reported on the 60-day demolition period back in December.
