Metro Phoenix is having a Chinese food boom, including Chubby Skewers, a trendy Chinese street food restaurant where you can grill your own wagyu.

Chubby Skewers claims to have a street food price point because each skewer costs $1.20. There’s also a $3.99 table fee and a 99-cent per-person seasoning fee.
