On Monday at 3:41 p.m. the NWS Fort Worth TX issued a flash flood warning. "At 3:41 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across Central Dallas County into Southern Collin County. Flash flooding is ongoing," says the NWS. "The heaviest rain has fallen between about Grand Prairie to University Park to Allen."

On Monday at 2:59 p.m. a flood advisory was issued by the NWS Fort Worth TX. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected for Dallas county until 6 p.m. "Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas," adds the NWS. "Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles."
