WISTER, Okla. — A Poteau man died after crashing his motorcycle in Wister on Sept. 21 around 9:30 p.m., according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP). Stacy Raines, 53, was traveling northbound on Old Wister Highway when he departed the roadway, struck a culvert, and drove through a ditch for around 164 feet before stopping.
