A 17-yeasr-old girl and a 19-year-old man were hospitalized after an injury shooting in an East Oakland neighborhood that briefly locked down a nearby high school campus, authorities said Tuesday.

The Oakland Police Department said the first shooting happened Tuesday shortly after 2:45 p.m. in the 4700 block of Ygnacio Avenue, just outside of Fremont High School.
