I went to Canadian Tire today and when I checked my receipt at home I noticed an eco fee of 12 cents. I know that certain items have had this fee since 2008.

Plus I paid $2.64 in PST (and, yes, it shows up as PST on my receipt). And then I paid 76 cents, which is five per cent of $15.24 and not of the original $12.60, in GST on top of that.
