Liam Payne's funeral is expected to take place in the coming days after his body was flown home to England from Argentina following his tragic death last month.

Paiz, who is suspected of being Payne’s “dealer” in an ongoing probe by local authorities, claimed he met the “Strip That Down” singer, 31, in his hotel twice before he fell to his death from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room on 16 October.

Liam Payne did not commit suicide according to the prosecutor on the case. The former One Direction star died on Oct. 16 after falling from the third floor of his hotel room in Argentina. Prosecutors told TMZ that suicide has officially been ruled out as the cause of the 31-year-old’s plummet from his suite at the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel,

Upon hearing the tragic news of his son's passing, Geoff Payne, Liam's father, travelled to Argentina and stayed there until Liam's body was cleared for repatriation. The bereaved father landed at London Heathrow at 7:49am on Thursday morning, with his flight being closely monitored by numerous fans.

Payne, 31, died after he fell from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel in the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires.
