The Jets and the Las Vegas Raiders are the only NFL teams looking to fill general manager and head coach vacancies this offseason. The Green & White are one of six clubs (Raiders, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints) searching for a head coach.

The Bears head coach search is far from over, but ESPN is predicting they hire a defensive-minded head coach that won't make a lot of fans happy.
