The 57-year-old driver from Spring Valley, New York was arrested when the bus arrived back at White Rock Elementary School in Oak Ridge at about 6:30 p.m., Jefferson police said.

Jefferson Township Police officers responded to a call at White Rock Elementary School in the Oak Ridge section of the township at 6:34 p.m. May 15, the department said in a press release.
