A burglar used a hammer to smash open the door of a Massachusetts shop and stole rare Pokémon cards and vintage box sets, a store owner said.

A thief made a clean getaway with an abundance of rare Pokémon cards from a New Bedford collectibles shop early Tuesday morning, the store said. 1st Edition Collectibles, a cards and collectibles shop on Purchase Street,

The store's co-owner said the thief was "somebody that was familiar enough with our store to know where these items were.”
