Napier's Pukemokimoki Marae is the winner of the inaugural Kai In The Bay Maori and Wildfood Festival Marae Cook-Off Challenge, which is set to become a spin-off mid-winter Matariki event next year.

Pukemokimoki Marae administrator Maureen Mua says the public outpouring of public admonishment and condemnation since the green and yellow John Deere X350R tractor was taken last weekend is "huge".
