Nearly two decades ago, roulette mastermind Niko Tosa and two of his partners were arrested after raking in$1.62 million at the upscale Ritz Club casino in London over several nights.

The Wheel of Luck plays like roulette and will alternate with Keno, but on a separate screen. The game replaces All or Nothing, which ended Wednesday. The Wheel of Luck will debut Jan. 19.
