In a new blog post, the company revealed that it’s adding multi-factor authentication as the default security setting for existing Azure customers who haven’t changed that setting on their own.

To set up the policy, click on “Azure AD Identity Protection – Sign-in risk policy”. Set the policy to either all users or selected users. Choose sign-in risk as high and click “Done”.
