Liverpool’s latest deal is expected to be worth a similar amount to their nearest rivals who include Manchester City and Arsenal. City agreed a 10-year deal with Puma worth around £650m (£65m a season) in 2019. Arsenal’s eight-year deal with Adidas was reported to be worth around £600m (£75m a season) when it was agreed in 2022.

Liverpool’s agreement with Adidas will comfortably outperform Manchester United’s new Adidas deal, which is set at £90 million per season. However, there’s a key clause in United’s deal—failure to qualify for the Champions League results in a £10 million deduction per season.

Liverpool have signed a multi-year kit deal with Adidas beginning next season that will replace sportswear manufacturer Nike, in what British media reports say is a five-year agreement worth more than 60 million pounds per year.
