Activision's shooter duo are prepping for another big update, with Call of Duty Black Ops 6 finally getting the fan-favourite 'Gun Game' mode — but there's plenty more, too

Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 2 is scheduled to go live on January 28, 2025, at 9 am PT, and the pre-load option is now available for PC users on Battle.

Overall, Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Season 2 brings a new Zombies map called “The Tomb”. With it comes a new Enemy type, weapon, and player-controlled hazard to help you fight the undead. Furthermore, this map continues the story seen on Citadelle Des Mortes, if you're interested in the lore of CoD Zombies.

Soon players will enter the tight corridors of The Tomb's catacombs, fighting the undead and questing for the Sentinel Artifact.

Activision has released a trailer for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 2. The trailer confirms the new content coming to both games in the upcoming season, which should excite fans as they finish playing through everything added in the COD x Squid Game crossover.
