It seems Todd Bowles wants another Sean McVay-minded OC as Tampa Bay completes it's third interview with a McVay assistant for the job opening.

Two coaches are in the running to become the Buccaneers’ next offensive coordinator, each interviewing for the job on Tuesday. Tampa Bay announced it has completed interviews with Rams tight ends coach/pass game coordinator Nick Caley and quarterbacks coach Dave Ragone for its offensive coordinator position.

The Texans interviewed Buccaneers quarterbacks coach Thad Lewis for their offensive coordinator job. They have now interviewed Texans quarterbacks coach Jerrod Johnson, Syracuse offensive coordinator Jeff Nixon and Lewis for the job vacated by since-fired offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik.
