It's been a busy offseason for the Knicks. With hopes of adding depth to Brown's roster, Guershon Yabusele taking less than the mid-level exception helps the front office potentially sign a rotation player who coach Brown can lean on.

The Athletic's Fred Katz shared the breakdown of the two-year deal: Yabusele will likely become the most important big guy off the bench for the Knicks. He'll have a chance, potentially, to get some revenge on the 76ers for letting him go, too.

Yabusele’s deal, which can be finalized when the moratorium is lifted Sunday, is roughly two years and $12 million with a player option for the second season.
