The tech giant announced several new products at the CES trade show in Las Vegas on Monday, including its first desktop computer. Shares of Nvidia Corp (Nasdaq: NVDA) are nearing all-time highs in premarket trading this morning after the company announced a slew of new AI products at the CES trade show in Las Vegas yesterday.

The CES event helped show the investing world that there is still much to come from Nvidia and the AI industry as a whole. With all of the incredible growth already seen over the last few years, it wouldn't be surprising to hear speculation about how much further the technology can go.

There were plenty of AI announcements at CES 2025 and most didn't really matter. Seriously, a robot vacuum that can pick up dirty socks or TVs that can generate recipes? Meanwhile, Nvidia, the chip maker powering the AI revolution,

AI researchers and data scientists. Nvidia announced Project DIGITS — a desktop AI supercomputer with the company’s latest Blackwell AI chip starting at $3,000 — to enable AI researchers and data scientists to work on AI models without tapping “Nvidia’s cutting-edge AI chips housed in data centers,” the Journal reported.

Nvidia traded slightly higher after Jensen Huang's CES keynote. Traders are eyeing key economic data later in the week.

Nvidia stock was looking to find its footing on Wednesday after economic data prompted a Big Tech selloff the previous day. Nvidia stock tumbled 6.2% in the previous session, wiping out about $200 billion worth of market capitalization.
