The head of the City Emergency Management Agency in St. Louis has now been placed on paid leave, as an investigation has been launched into why the city's tornado warning system was not activated before a deadly tornado ripped through the area this past Friday.

The sirens in St. Louis were not activated ahead of a tornado last week. Sabrina Franza wanted to know about tornado siren activation protocols in Chicago and the suburbs.
