Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on April 20 launched PVC PET-G smart card driving licences that come with seven security features including QR code and hot-stamped hologram.

The new driving licence in the pvc card form was launched by the Transport Commissioner, K. Padmakumar at the high-level meeting of MVD officials at the Transport Commissionerate here on Wednesday.
