Washington’s Zane Gonzalez makes no secret of his OCD. He may be helping others. Maybe you saw him. Frantically taking his right shoe off, adjusting the toe of his sock, putting the shoe an eighth of the way on again, yanking it off, over and over.

"I, above everybody else, realize how crazy it looks doing it. I’m aware. But at the same time, you can’t help it,” Gonzalez said

Gonzalez was candid about life with OCD, something that impacts every aspect of his life, not just a few seconds before kicking a football in front of a stadium full of people. After recalling his early life with OCD, he talked about overcoming the self-conscious problems he used to have.
