Anfernee Simons had 28 points and out six assists to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 114-112 victory over the Utah Jazz on Monday night. Keyonte George, who scored 21 points, missed a 25-foot three-pointer at the buzzer that would have won the game.

The Jazz got a defensive stop when Blazers forward Jerami Grant missed inside. But George missed on a drive, leading to Utah fouling Grant, who made both free throws. That put the Blazers up 111-106 with 13.7 seconds on the clock.
