Kevin Durant was excited when the Suns traded for Nick Richards, and explained why during Thursday's shootaround.

Ahead of the matchup, Kevin Durant has been added to the injury report with a left thumb injury. He's listed as questionable, so he could definitely be on the hardwood with his team. On top of that, rookie Ryan Dunn -- who has proven to be an impact player this season -- has been upgraded to questionable.

The Suns now hold a 24-21 record and sit eighth in the West standings. Of course, their star trio of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and Bradley Beal have been major parts of their recent turnaround but so has their addition of Nick Richards.
