Cynthia Mackin is charged with DUI after her husband fell from a golf cart and died, while another man faces obstruction charges in Port St. Lucie.

Investigators said that on Saturday at around 5:20 p.m., a man fell from a moving golf cart and hit his head on the sidewalk at Southwest Astor Creek Parkway and Southwest Shinnecock Drive.

Daniel Mackin, 59, died after being taken to a hospital after falling off a golf cart driven by his wife. His wife, Cynthia Mackin, was arrested, on a DUI charge. PORT ST.
