Rematch with Koopa the Quick. Step through the painting to the right to enter the level in tiny mode. On the platform with the large Goombas is a small hole in the wall that you can pass through.

The race itself is relatively easy and the average player can easily defeat Koopa the Quick in under a minute. But due to a simple glitch, you can easily beat rapid reptile in 0.00 seconds.
