Snake River Correctional Institution tactical team members sent each other racist, crude and demeaning texts about prisoners and prison employees, records obtained by The Oregonian/OregonLive show.

The impersonation campaign reportedly began in June, when an impostor pretending to be Secretary of State Marco Rubio contacted foreign ministers, a governor, and a Congress member.
