LIV Golf and its HyFlyers GC team, which is captained by Phil Mickelson, have been sued by Cool Brands Supply for trademark infringement over the team's logo.

According to a lawsuit, Phil Mickelson's LIV Golf team is using a "knockoff logo" owned by an Argentine skateboard company.

Cool Brands Supply said it has sold footwear and apparel bearing its trademarked logo with back-to-back F's since 2003. The company argued LIV Golf uses a similar logo on hats, shirts and sweatshirts.
