Governor Healey, in a nod to Massachusetts' history with basketball, makes some adjustments to a photo of Connecticut's welcome sign that dubs the state as the Basketball Capital of the World.

The welcome sign was originally maintained by Friendly’s. In 2016, dairy giant Dean Foods purchased Friendly’s ice cream manufacturing and retail distribution businesses for $155 million.
