NISKAYUNA — After three years of working on it, the town now officially has a new logo. But not everyone is a fan.

The last real MIB movie they made was Men in Black: International in 2019 (but it got bad reviews) so I'm intrigued that someone is still making fan films for this sci-fi franchise.

The proposed changes include the deletion of key clauses (1.5 and 1.7) that earlier restricted cross-holdings between rating agencies and broadcasters, advertisers, or advertising agencies.
